Product Description
Rotary cushion valve
Application:This series of rotary cushion valves can be widely applied to the rotary mechanism of hydraulic engineering machinery (open-type system). It is a kind of high-performance multi-function combination valve. Its quality has been strictly tested by China National Construction Machinery Quality Supervision Testing Center according to JB/T4030.1-1985 and met the reliable requirement GZJRZ No. 020. It can replace an inlet valve.
Functions and features
1. During the fast start and stop, acceleration and deceleration and rotation process, it can automatically reduce cargo vibration and the shaking of arm rest, cut down the dynamic shock pressure and ensure that cargo and wire rope keep vertical and that the arm rest can synchronously rotate in a precise and steady way.
2. Apart from automatic protection against shock and impact, it has normal overload automatic protection function and also hydraulic braking function at neutral position.
3. Its inside is installed with a bi-directional oil charging check valve. When the operating valve suddenly resets or the rotary oil motor produces negative moment, A (or B) cavity of the valve recharges oil from T cavity (return oil cylinder cavity) automatically to prevent system suction.
4. The operating valve spool is designed with an inside check valve to release the shock of external load on pump.
5. In addition to normal rotary operation, the solenoid valve can be actuated to realize free rotation at low pressure.
6. It has a more compact structure, smaller volume and stronger generality.
