Rotary Die Cutting Machine
Application: suitable for die cutting various adhesive tapes in fields of moble phone,car ,lithium battery,lamp belt,medical,beauty products/dressings, Indwelling needle, Medical gel applicator, etc.
Machine overview:
1.The machine is equipped with dual system functions
2. Color mark tracking function (optional)
3. Die cutting asynchronous function
4. Material break alarm function

6. Rewinding and unwinding constant tension function

Machine features:
1. Main HMI uses 12" computer which show pictures directly, it's convenient for operation.
2. All rewind & unwind shafts are controlled by INOVANCE servo motors separately. Rewinding and unwinding, forward and reverse rotation are more free, and the addition of precision cantilever constant tension control system makes the tension of retractable and unwinding materials reach the current extreme stability.
3. All blade holders are controlled by OMRON servo motors with precise planetary gear speed reducer, torsion is powerful enough; speed increasing and reducing is stable.
4. Controlling system is by OMRON PLC and synchronous motion controller, Synchronicity is higher and machine is stable.
5. Asynchronous die-cutting: According to the needs of the production process, the asynchronous die-cutting function can be set, and the distance between the product and the product can be set when the die rotates one circle, which can save materials and reduce production costs.
6. CCD size detection and rectification (optional): CCD industrial camera detects products along the line, sets a main control size for sleeve cutting, and CCD captures the size once a week for die roll cutting, and displays the size on the display screen, and according to the set size tolerance Judging the size, it will display "OK" within the tolerance range, and display "NG" if it exceeds the tolerance and send it to the PLC. The PLC sends an instruction to the servo motor to correct the size, so that the size returns to the tolerance range. In addition, the size detected by the CCD can be saved and exported to facilitate the subsequent
tracking and control of the product.
7. Data storage: According to the process of producing the product, the parameters of the equipment will also be different. This machine has the function of product formula storage, which can store the parameters set in this production and call it directly in the next production, which can not only save debugging time, but also reduce the waste of materials. All data can be transmitted to the office computer for storage through the INTEL network.
