The XD series vacuum pump is a single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump with a simple structure, easy operation, and convenient maintenance. It can operate continuously within the range of 101325~10pa (A) and is a widely used basic equipment for obtaining vacuum
Working principle
1. The eccentric rotor is installed inside the pump chamber (stator), with three slots on the rotor where the rotor slides freely .
2.The rotor divides the internal space into three chambers, and the volume of these chambers changes with the rotation of the rotor.
3.The gas entering the intake chamber is compressed and then discharged outside the pump through the exhaust valve.
4.The oil injected into the intake chamber plays a role in sealing, lubricating, and cooling. The oil is driven by compressed gas and roughly separated by gravity when entering the fuel tank. Small oil molecules enter the exhaust filter. The internal circulation ensures that the collected oil returns to the pump chamber, which is controlled by a float valve to prevent the atmosphere from entering the suction side of the pump chamber from the oil tank and damaging the vacuum when there is no oil in the collection system.
5. The oil circulation is ensured by pressure difference.
