ROTARY PACKING MACHINE(ZP SERIES) RUIPUHUA ZP500SG SERVO PACKING MACHINE
RUIPUHUA ZP500SG Automatic Packing Mahcine for Swiss roll, sandwich cake, triangle cake and other products with regular appearance and neat front incoming materials.
1. Cake/bread feeding and packing line consist of distantiation conveyor, transition conveyor, automatic feeding unit and automatic packing machine. Cake, bread and other products are spaced out first, and then arranged by feeding unit, after that the products are transmitted orderly to the packing machine for packaging. The packing line can achieve the effects of continuous and orderly production, low reject rate, and beautiful appearance. Synchronous alcohol spray and air inflation is available.
2. Packing speed of single line can achieve to 180 bags/min.
3. The whole packing line adopts power supply of 50 HZ 220v, total power of single feeding and packing line is 6.2KW (including the packing machine3.4KW).

1. With the function of menu storage and memory, the controller can save multiple groups of parameter configuration, and the formula can be used on the touch screen when the product or packaging film is replaced.
2. Industry-leading electronic CAM algorithm, bag length range of 60mm- unlimited length, bag length is set and cut, one step in place, save time and film.
3. Advanced electronic anti-cutting, electronic air defense package algorithm. Empty film stop, save packing material.
4. Horizontal sealing, vertical sealing and feeding are controlled by independent servo motor, with simple mechanical structure, stable operation and low noise.
