The perfume filling and capping machine can be divided into a conveying device, a star tray intermittent rotating device, a filling device, a lower cover device and a locking cover device.
1.The conveying device consists of two reverse running chain plates to complete the input and output of the bottle holder (the bottle holder can be changed to meet the requirements of different shape containers). The operator can conveniently put the empty container into the bottle holder; the semi-finished product after filling and closing the cover is taken out of the bottle holder. Repeatedly, it keeps looping.
2.The star disc intermittent indexing device uses a precision splitter to achieve precise positioning of each station.
3.The lower cover device is composed of a vibration feeding tray, a lower cover slide, a lower cover cylinder and a cover body limiting mechanism; the vibration feeding tray arranges the cover bodies (heads) one by one to the lower cover slide, and the lower cover cylinder covers The body-to-lower cap is shot down on the container (with the function of no container not knocking off the cover body), the cover limit mechanism of the next station can automatically correct the limit of the cover on the container mouth; the vibrating feed can be replaced The disc and the lower cover head adjust the width of the lower cover slide to meet the requirements of the lower cover of different size covers.
4. The lock cover device is mainly composed of a lifting cylinder, a lock cover cylinder, a lock cover head and a lock sleeve; when the container behind the upper cover body is turned to the lock cover station, the lift cylinder is lowered to make the lock cover head in the state of the lock cover, and the lock cover cylinder is pulled. Extend the lock cover to complete the lock operation. The intake pressure of the lock cylinder and the length of the telescopic lock cover change the strength of the lock cover.
