GA-SERIES GENERAL GRAVURE INK FOR PLASTIC LAMINATED FILM
GA-series general gravure ink for plastic laminated film is an alcoho-ester soluble ink made of polyurethane as its main resin, which is typically applicable tgravure printing on BOPP, PET and NY fim.
1.Applicable film:BOPP film with surface tension ≥38dn:PET flm with surface tension ≥50dyn:NY film with surface tension ≥52dyn;Printing grade K coating film(including K cellophane);Printing grade PT cellophane film.
2.Applicable lamination process:Suitable for the process of dry lamination. solven-free lamination and PE-exrusion lamination: while not suitable for PP-extrusion lamination process.
3. Suitable for light packaging products, while not suitable for retort packaging.
APPLICATION CHARACTERISTICS
1. Excellent printability, suitable for all kinds of gravure printing from low speed to high speed.
2.The printing residual solvents are extremely low, in line with environmental protection safety non-toxic and hygienic requirements
