I.Structural features
This equipment is designed by our company for the special working conditions of the smelting industry on the basis of the round hole type graphite heat exchanger.
1.Good corrosion resistance. Resistant to acid corrosion rich in chloride and fluoride ions.
2.High heat exchange efficiency. After improved treatment, the thermal conductivity reaches 150W/M.K, which exceeds the thermal conductivity of most metals.
3.Smooth inner wall, poor adhesion, not easy to scale.
4.Graphite is a brittle material with poor tensile strength, so it must be processed by monolithic graphite blocks.
5.Use high-quality graphite material, resistant to erosion.
