Product Description
Application:
The machine applies to vulcanizing various kinds of rubber and plastic model products as well as non-model products.
The machine is frame structure with below pressing form (upwards). Under the hydraulic pressure, the piston plunger ascends to make hot plate close for getting pressure, while the piston plunger descends (namely hot plate turning on) by deadweight of hot plate, platform and piston plunger to drive working fluid to fuel reserve tank to achieve the aim of descending (namely turning on).
Feature:
1. The material of the piston is LT-P chilled cast iron, the surface is chilled cast iron of vanadium and titanium alloy hard and wearable. It is burnished and polishing by manpower. The hard surface depth can reach to 0.5-0.7mm.
The cylinder mateerial is QT500-7 ductile cast rion and the inside surface is high pressure and nitroger treatment, the surface is burnished and polishing by manpower too. The hard surface depth can reach to0.7-0.9mm.
The set of hydraulic cylinder contain pistin, cylinder, gland ring and the flange. The flange press the gland in order to pevent spillage oil. The material of the gland rig(XY) is oil resistance rubber.
The hydraulic system are fond and machining by ourself.
2. The electricit system we can useMITSUBISHI, DELTA, SCHNEIDER, Siemens etc. You can choose option what kind brand that you want
3. The hydraulic contain three sets low-prssure motor pump and one set high pressure motor pump.
You can also appointment brand of the motor and pump you want. Our engineer can redesign it according to you specific demand.
