Rubber impact bars with UHMW-PE for loading area
Impact bar is used in the loading area of the belt conveyor to replace the traditional cushion rollers. It's designed to absorb impact loading which will dramatically reduce shock and stress loading to the structure.Belt support with impact bar at the loading area not only prevents materials spillage but also increases the service life of the belt.
The product structure
Impact Bars is a fusion of three different layers:
-UHMWPE Cap
-Cushioning Rubber
-Metal Slot
All parts of the impact bar are closely jointed by hot vulcanization.
