Detailed Configurations of rubber kneader :
1.Features:With completely sealed condition, materials are mixed or plasticated under certain pressure, controllable temperature, which makes high production efficiency and obtains excellent stable quality,environmental protection.
2-Structure:The parts including mixing chamber,rotors,ram and so on adopts Jacket construction,these parts can be heated or cooled by inleting medium,steam,conduction oil,water to fit in with the needs of plastics and rubber processing technology,the quality of mixing material good and stable.Meanwhile,the mixing chamber is assembled according to the required gap during mixing(plasticating) strictly when installing,the working efficiency is improved strongly.
3-Rotors:Spiral angle(helical angle) and working length are designed according to Taiwan technology of the beads(blades) to make the material get the best kneading effect.The rotors surface is welded wear-resisting hard alloy,its electroplated coating ≥0.10mm,the rotors,ram etc which surface connects the material directly are polish-grinding and then plating hard chromium,looks brightness,wear-resisting and anti-corrosion, electroplated coating ≥0.10mm.The sealing ring is made from superior quality wearproof copper,the rotor axis is installed with wearproof alloy ring,the contact surface of rotor end face and sealing ring adopts outside-in sealing structure,the spring adopts high strength mold spring,to extend the working life of sealing ring,improve the leakage problem.
4-Feeding and Dischage:Feeding from back door on the frame is convenient for continuous process operation in a production line. The mixing chamber is able to turn forward by 140 around the front rotors to discharge and is easy for changing pigments and cleaning the chamber.
5-Mixing Chamber:The junction of mixing chamber top mouth and the rack suspended wall adopts arc card slot labyrinth press seal,good sealing and dustproof.So that reducing the pollution to the workshop and protect the workers.
6-Discharge Device:This machine adopts worm and gear tilting,also for choice as hydraulic tilting.
7-Electrical Control System:The electric control system adopts imported relay,easy operation and steady,with compete and reliable auto. Control monitor,alarm and necessary chain protection,etc.The electrical elements adopts famous brand LS and Omron,eliminating the incidence rate of broken-down.Meanwhile,this machine is with voltage control system to assure the machine not be damaged and production continue under the condition of unsteady voltage.
8-Reducer:The reducer adopts hardened reducer,low noise,good wear resistance,long service life.
9-Motor:The motors brand is Zhongtai.
10-Pneumatic System:The pneumatic system adopts magnetic valve(Brand:Jiefeite),good control effect,low failure rate.
Appendix:for choice--this machine can be equipped with dust collector(motor power:2.2KW),which can reduce the pollution.
