Rubber Extrusion Line
Product Description
Materials: NBR ( nitrile -butadiene rubber ) PVC ( polyvinyl chloride ) or EPDM ( Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer ) and other accessory materials
Production process: Mixing materials - extrusion - curing and foam - (other further processing)
This production line has different models. Generally it can produce:
Pipe: Inner diameter 6-168mm, wall thickness 6-50mm
Sheet: Width: 0-1500mm, thickness 6-50mm
Those pipe and sheet can be different size, color, density, quality, etc...
This line can produce 1-9 stands of pipe per time. This line is continuous extrusion, vulcanizing and foam. It is online printing and automatic cutting.
The whole production line need 6-8 worker per shift.
Energy consumption: About 1/3 of intalled capacity
They are widely used in insulation field, such as airconditioning, HVAC system, solar energy, plumbing, water pipeline, etc. Which need to reduce cold or heat loss.
It also can produce foam sleeve, handle, profile, etc...
We can provide the whole production line including main machines, auxiliary equipments and further-processing machine.
