Production line introduction:
Water ring die surface hot cutting pellets refer to the polymer melt being extruded through the die hole of the die head and then cut off by a high-speed rotating cutter. The cut particles are thrown into a cylindrical water ring formed by high-speed water injection to cool and shape, and then sent to a separator to separate the water and particles, and the particles are collected for packaging.
Production line composition:
The pelletizing system consists of a water ring pelletizer head, a water ring pelletizer, a water circulation system, a centrifugal dehydrator, an air-cooled vibrating screen, and an optional finished product packaging system. It has the characteristics of small footprint and high degree of automation.
