Production line composition:
Automatic feeder, high-efficiency single-screw extruder, mold, vacuum sizing water tank, spray cooling water tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine, stacking rack and PLC control system.Main features of the production line:
The extruder adopts a large aspect ratio screw, AC motor, and low-noise fan, with high output, energy saving, and low noise.
Each layer of the mold adopts an independent spiral mechanism and a unique low-pressure flow channel design to ensure uniformity, stable melt temperature under high output, reduced cooling length, and uniform wall thickness. The use of a reasonable water circulation high-pressure cooling water system ensures efficient cooling of the pipe, and the unique pipeline system shortens the cooling length.
The traction adopts servo control with a large speed regulation range to ensure stable production at low speed and high torque.
The chipless cutting machine is used with high cutting accuracy, smooth incision without blank edge and dust.
The production data acquisition and analysis system can be optionally equipped to achieve transparent production management.
For different raw materials, multi-layer co-extrusion dies can be used to reduce costs. Two-layer, three-layer and multi-layer composite pipe extrusion production equipment can be provided.
