Production line composition:

Main features of the production line:
The special design of the screw and the precise temperature control system ensure good plasticization of the plastic and high-yield stable extrusion.
The hydraulic quick screen changer ensures that the screen does not leak, and the screen change is fast and effective;
The hanger-type mold is used to facilitate the adjustment of uniform flow distribution and consistent and accurate thickness of the extruded board (sheet).
The temperature control of the three-roll calender is independent of each other, the gap between the rollers can be adjusted freely, and the special design of the adjustable angle ensures the calendering effect and the uniformity of the thickness of the board (sheet).
