Features
1. Scientific and advanced design scheme
By using computer software to analysis the winding electric field under high voltage, it can calculate the exact distributing of winding electric field grads and then to make sure the winding structure can meet the impulse under high voltage. Analyzing and calculating the insulation structure of transformer and using the scientific insulation structure to ensure the products operate safely. Analyzing and calculating the magnetic leakage and temperature field to ensure the field performance accordance to the design demand. Optimizing the lamination design to minimize the magnetic distortion in the gap and to enhance the no-load performance.
2. Iron Cores
The iron core adopts high quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheet, and cut by special shearing machine which result in just tiny burr. The application of multi-steps and 45°all-leaning joints lows the no-load loss, no-load current and noise efficiently. The core clamping device adopts board structure which result in high mechanical intensity. Fasten nails can ensure the enough transformer axis padding block pressure.
3. High purity oxygen free cooper windings, reduce the load loss
Inner coil was wound directly on the insulation barrel, where chamfering spacers and padding blocks are applied to uniform the electric field and enhance stability. And, BDK-80M synchronized lifting up equipment was applied in assembly to ensure the axial location of the windings and reinforce the axial strength.
4. Tank
Wide-width steel plate is adopted to reduce welding seams on the flat roof, folded plate type tank, it has concise and dedicate appearance and also high mechanical strength which passed the standard positive pressure and vacuum test. In addition, special welding technology and groove type flange ensure the tank and the pipes are able of long time use without leakage. Wide plate radiation system equipped with heavy duty and low noise blowers rises up the heat dissipating center, improve the efficiency, reduce radiating plates and prevent leakage. It can be directly mounted on the transformer. And capsule type conservator can effectively delay the aging of the oil what is implanted in under vacuum condition to reinforce the electric strength.
5. Protection System
Pt100 thermal resistors temperature control system is generally applied in the transformer body, pressure relief valve with contacts is equipped on the top of tank, oil indicator with contact and vacuum relays are equipped on the conservator, and as well, the oil pressure indicator with contacts is equipped in the tank. All this equipments can be applied for signal conversion and transfer. Both HV and LV bushings are pollution retardant porcelain oil type, which can lengthen the insulation space and be applied in high pollution condition. Padding plates and terminal case are made of stainless steel to make elegant appearance.
