Construction
(1) Inside of oxygen lance adopts red copper pipe.
(2) Outer of oxygen lance adopts stainless pipe.
(3) Oxygen lance holder & gas distributor
4. Gas control system
AOD automatic detection & adjustment consist of six parts:
(1) pressure measuring system
(2) pressure adjustment system
(3) flow measuring system
(4) shut-off valve control system
(5) desktop operating system ( use computer to control---automatic control system )
(6) temperature measuring system for molten steel
Medium frequency melting furnace
It adopts the medium frequency power supply for induction heating, which is mainly used to melt non-ferrous metal, such as steel, alloy-steel, special steel, copper, aluminum etc, as well as temperature increase & heat preservation.
