SGS Certification Wire Cable Auto Coiling Twisting Stranding Packing Machine
Application:
- Horizontally coiling wires from an extrusion line or a pay-off machine.
The processes including length counting, wire feeding to coiling head,
wire coiling, cutting wire when the preset length is reached, and move
the finished coil to the wrapping station.
- High speed wrapping of your wire/cable coils.
- Coil dimension: Please read specification table.
- Automatic labeling system and wrapping together with each coil.
Features:
- Auto coiling wire from an extrusion line or from a pay-off machine and high speeds wrapping with PVC by one machine.
- Touching screen (Man-Machine Interface) make it easy to operate the machine.
- The machine will detect faults when the problem occurs, and give out alarm.
- Servomotor traversing system produces coil with smooth surface.
- The robot arms, driven by AC motor, for wrapping.
- It is unnecessary to adjust any parts of the machine when change one size of coil to another.
- You may input and keep 99 types of coil data in the PLC memory.
