Why we need deoxidizer?
Food spoilage is due to food oxidation and mold, bacteria, yeast and other microbial and insect breeding. Food oxidation is caused by oxygen, and microbial and insect breeding is also closely related to oxygen. Deoxidizing preservatives are designed and manufactured to remove the oxygen in the food packaging to achieve food preservation.

Working principle:
Iron deoxidizer, also known as free oxygen absorber, free oxygen removers or deacidification agent. It is a kind of free oxygen absorbing material. When the deoxidizer is sealed together in the same package with the food, the deoxidizer absorbs the free oxygen in the package and the dissolved oxygen in the food by a certain chemical reaction or other action, thereby preventing oxidation, microbial growth and pest harm,effectively maintaining the food color, smell and taste, to prevent the oxidation of vitamins and other nutrients, to extend the shelf life of food.

  • Poultry meat: beef jerky, pork jerky, chicken wings, sausage, ham sausage, meat, floss, ducks , etc.
  • Nuts roasted food: pistachios, Hawaii fruit, almonds, pine nuts, pecans, walnut, chestnut, peanuts, melon seeds, pumpkin seeds.
  • Dry aquatic food: dry abalone, dried fish, dried shellfish, dried shredded squid , dried shrimp, grilled fish , etc.
  • Other dry mountain food: tea, seaweed, longan, dry litchi, dried mushrooms, dates, dried vegetables, dehydrated vegetables, beans, persimmon cake, dried sweet potato, rice ,etc.

How to use?
1, While used, put the deoxidizer together with the fresh food (items) into the composite bag (packaging materials) of low oxygen permeability, then heat-sealed.
2, Deoxidizer has type 20#, 30#, 50#, 100#, etc of different oxygen absorbing content to accommodate different sizes of packaging.
3, Selecting package materials with the oxygen permeability rate of less than 20ml / m2. 24h. 25 ºC, such as KOP / PE, KPET / PE composite film bags, plastic cans, glass jars, cans.
4, Pay attention to sealing strength and sealing quality, do not make leaks.
5, After opening the package, use them up within 1 to 2 hours and sealed the goods, if not used up, please promptly discharge the air in the original bag then re-seal it to avoid efficacy loss.
6, Do not microwave, do not eat.
7, Deoxidation preservation is suitable for greasy and oily food, should not be used for fresh products with big water content.
8, For the vacuum deoxidation packaging, fresh products should be preserved at low temperatures. The appropriate temperature of deoxidizer is generally 5-40 ºC, lower than -5 ºC, deoxidation preservation effect will be declined.
