Yes, you can, but the quantity of each item should reach our MOQ.
2. What is the lead time?
A. For regular items, lead time is 15~30 days, according to the quantities of your order, after we receive the deposit.
B. For special requirements, lead time depends on the details of your order.
3. Can we get your free samples?
Yes, we provide free samples, but customers need to pay for the shipping.
4. What is your shipping method?

5. How to receive a quotation in the shortest time?
When you send us your inquiry, please kindly inform all details, such as model numbers, sizes, tube lengths, customized colors and quantities etc. Then we will send you the quotation with complete details at the earliest time.
6. How do you control the quality?
We make samples before mass production. After samples are approved by QC, we begin mass production. We do 100% inspection during production, 10% random inspection before packaging and take pictures after packaging.
7. If any quality problems, how do you solve them?
If breakage or defects are detected, you need to take pictures and videos of the products from the original carton. All the claims should be presented within 30 days after discharging the container. If it's the quality problem of our products, you can send the damaged products with free shipping, and we will make a compensation plan immediately after we receive the damaged ones.
