SH100/5 Continuous Lead Sheathing Extruder

1. Sheathing Extruder
To meet the requirements of domestic cable and wire and related industry development, we manufactured and designed SH-100/5 Continuous Lead Sheathing Extruder. The Product is mainly used in wire and cable wrap lead sheath.
This unit achieves continuously extrusion by screw-set transport lead material. The thickness of the lead layer is adjustable. Every part of this machine's temperature can be preset and controlled by digital temperature controller-PLC. The steady speed of DC motor keeps constant pressure of lead mouth which ensures the machine works at constant temperature, speed and pressure. Comparing with all the domestic intermittent lead press, we can save about 10% lead consumption. It is an ideal lead sheath extrusion equipment.
Since the lead has low melting point and oxidization, melting furnace and transmission pipes employ are tight-closed in order to decrease the expansion of the lead steam. Basically eliminate the environment pollution.
