- Specify the tank dimensions, location of the pipe joint, pipe diameter, and mounting height when placing the order.
- It is advisable that the water temperature is within the range of 4-50°C. Higher temperature applications shall be declared for special ordering.
- The weight-bearing shall be checked by the structural designer.
- In case the pipe joint is located at the sheet seam, we will make adjustments and notify the customer, without changing the pipe diameter.
- Groundwork shall be completed according to the foundation drawing before mounting.
- The base number of tank length, width, and height are 500mm, respectively. Standard sizes include 1000×1000,1000×500, and 500×500, with a thickness 5,6,8,10,12,14,16,18and 20mm.
- SMC (sheet molding compond) water tank uses inwardly or outwardly dished construction. The former has a larger safety factor and is hard to break when exceeding the rated pressure. The construction is optional depending on customer needs.
