2, Our belt conveyor features:

2. Can conveyor various kinds of bulk material and itemized goods with a bulk density of 0.5~2.5t/m³
3. Can adopt a combined conveying mode of the convexly curved segment, concave curved segment, or straight-line segment.
4. According to different transportation requests, it can be singly used or multiple combined using also can be used together with other equipment to organize a horizontal or declining conveying system.
5. It can be used between -25ºC~+40ºC working environment, the temperature of conveying material under 80ºC with high adaptability.
4,Our conveyor components roller series:
The SPD range of conveyor rollers includes both steel and HDPE carry and return rollers. Also available are rubber disc impact and return rollers. The rollers and frames are manufactured to different standards or designs according to your special working condition requirements with some innovative and maintenance-saving designs. Our rollers are fitted with quality deep ball ZZ C3 bearings for maximum life. Belt Widths of our SPD rollers range from 400-2000. Larger sizes are available on request.
Roller lifespan could be assured 30,000 to 50,000 hours under normal working conditions and maintenance.
