Product Description
The PVC high speed mixer is for mixing PVC powder, CACO3 and other addictives. This equipment is widely used for material preparation in PVC pipe and profile, SPC flooring, cables production, etc.
The PVC mixer is composed of high speed mixer (hot mixer), cooling mixer and control cabinet.
We use 6-8mm stainless steel SUS304 for the internal wall construction with fine polishing. It will guarantee the mixer could use for long time under the high friction.
The mixing blades are passed the static and dynamic balance testing. And the main shaft adopts fine sealing to prevent material leakage.
Top brands electric components such as Siemens, ABB, Omron are used for the control system, as well as quality pneumatic elements . Simens touch screen and PLC control is available for your special requirements
