Q1. Could I visit your factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?
A1.Yes, welcome to our factory anytime. It's only an hour from Guangzhou Airport to our factory.
We can arrange our driverto pick you up from your hotel when you arrived in Guangzhou.

Q2. Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, we need the customized products?
A2. The staffs in our design department are well experienced in the sink industry, with more than 5 to 10 years experience.
Every year, we will launch 3 to 5 newseries to keep our customers in a competitive stage.
We can make customized products especially for you, please kindly contact us for more update sinks details.

Q3. How is your factory production capability?
A3. We can manufacture products up to 100,000 pieces per month.

Q4. How is your production management and quality control system?
A4. All our product process follows up ISO9001: income quality checking, in process quality checking, final product qualitychecking. The strict implementation of ISO9001 assures to provide error - free products to our customers.

Q5. How long and how to get sample from us ?
A5.1) If you need some sample to text, we can make as per your request. You should pay for the transportation 
         freight of samples and sample cost, while the sample cost can be refundable if order is confirmed.
     2) Lead time for making sample: 3-5 days.
     3) The transportation freight of samples: the freight depends on the weight and packing size and your area.

Q6. What is the payment terms for sample cost and order amount?
A6. For sample, we accept the payment sent by T/T, for orders, we can accept T/T .

Q7. What is the whole process for doing business with us ?
A7. 1) First, please provide details of the products you need we quote for you.
      2) If price is acceptable and client need sample, we provide Proforma Invoice for client to arrange payment
          for sample.
      3) If client approve sample and require for bulk production for order, we will provide Proforma Invoice for
          client, and we will arrange to produce at once when we get deposit.
      4) We will send photos of all goods, packing, details, and B/L copy for client after goods are finished. We will
          arrange shipment and provide original B/L when the clients pay for the balance.

Q8. Can the logo or company name to be printed on the products or package?
A8. Sure. Your logo or company name can be printed on your products .
