Our brass valve is produced by forging, through forging the valve product strength is greater, no porosity, can effectively prevent the leakage of the valve body.

CNC Machining

Our products are processed by precision CNC machine tools, with high machining accuracy up to 0.1 micron. We have machining centers to meet customers' requirements for products with high coaxiality



 

Machining Inspection

In our machining process, each size needs to be strictly tested. Workers will conduct a self-inspection of their products every 2 hours, and QC will conduct a workshop inspection every 2 hours to ensure that the size of products fully meets the requirements of the drawings

Our assembly shop USES the assembly line, the result of teamwork can guarantee the output of a large quantity of products.100% of the products on the production line need to pass the leak test. We use the pressure of 6-8bar to test each product. Only after passing the test can the products be packed into cartons.

1. Can I have a sample order for valve?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable

2. Do you have any MOQ limit for valve order?

A: YES, But low MOQ, for quantity you should to contact with us and to negotiate.

3. How to proceed an order for valve?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.you can give me our item number and size and your order quantity. If there is not the same products, you can give me your drawing. 

Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.

Thirdly customer confirms the price and places deposit for formal order. confirm the sample(if need) 

Fourthly We arrange the production and delivery. 

4. Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 3 years warranty to our products.

5. What is your delivery time. 

A: production time needs 35-45 days,if the first time confirm samples, should be negotate.
