SUS304/316L Stainless Steel Grill Magnetic Hopper Magnet Custom Grate Magnet
Magnetic Grill provides a high-intensity high gradient magnetic field to remove ferrous metals from free-flowing materials. Grate Magnets are available in round, square, and rectangular shapes as per your requirement.
It is used in or below hoppers, in closed chutes, floor openings, catches bins, and other locations to protect processing equipment and ensure product purity. These grids are totally enclosed in stainless steel.
For a higher level of protection, double and triple banked grids can be used. All grids are available with either ferrite or powerful rare earth magnets.
Applications
Magnetic grids are extremely efficient at removing fine ferrous contamination from free-flowing products such as powders, granules liquids, and emulsions. Grid magnets are easily placed in hoppers, product intake points, chutes, and at finished goods outlet points.
Contaminations such as ut and fine ferrous dust from machinery wear are often too small to be detected by a Metal Detector but are easily removed by these highly efficient magnetic grids.

The magnetic grate can be of various kinds of shapes, such as square, rectangle, round, oval, triangle, rhombus, or irregular polygon, to suit different production lines. The overall construction of the Magnetic Grill can also be made as per the customer specification and sizes.
