I. Introduction
XZS series circular vibrating screen is a high efficiency screening machine manufactured with advanced technologies and designs. The XZS vibrating screen features eco-friendliness, conveninent sifter changing process, low working noise, enclosed structure, high safety and efficiency. It can be used for screening and filtering granular, powdery and serous materials.
II. Material and Layer Choice
It has 3 kinds of material and 1-5 layers for choice.
a. Full stainless steel
b. Contact part stainless steel
c. Full carbon steel
How to choose layer and material?
A: choose layer
a. Removing impurity. Generally, single layer is recommended for removing impurity.
b. Screening, filtering and grading. If the material size include 2 kinds, single layer is available; if the material size is 3 kinds, two layers are suitable; If the material size is 4 kinds, three layers are recommended. The rest can be done in the same manner. 5 layers are supported at most on a machine.
B. choose material
a. Used for mining, construction, etc industry, all carbon steel is well recommended.
b. Used for chemical, papermaking, environmental protection, etc, the contact part stainless steel well recommended.
c. Used for food, medicine, etc, all stainless steel are well recommended.
