Product Description
Safe Load Indicator(Load moment indicator/Crane computer) is a safe protect device used on various cranes. The design and production of the products are in strict accordance with the national standard GB12602-90, It can prevent the crane from accidents caused by overload and operation errors.
It controls the lifting equipment to function as per the manufacturer's suggested safe load charts. Each of the measured parameters such as load charts, working radius, angle and extension of the crane boom, etc will then further be displayed in the operator's cabin.
The system is mainly composed of weight sensor, length angle sensor, hook limiter, and safe load indicator.
1. Chinese character LCD dot matrix display
Full LCD color display in English and Chinese. It can display all data that the user cares about, e.g.:current load, rated load, current angle, current radius, load rate, overload records, etc.
2. Analog signal amplification module
Its a special design for safe load indicator,up to 4 analog amplifications can be provided as needed.
3. CPU module
Industrial-grade new-generation enhanced micro-processing chip, Faster than the same processor , Strong anti-interference ability and high efficiency.
4. Power Module
Wide voltage switching power supply module, good output waveform, Strong load capacity, With overload, over current protection, and self-recovery function.
