Package and shipping
1.Payment term : T/T 30% down payment before production,the 70% balance should be paid before shipment after inspection.
2.Warranty: 12 months warranty .Lifetime maintainance.
3.RMA policy: customer bear all the freight and duty charge to factory,and the factory afford retum freight charge.
4.Remark: ROHS, CE & FCC certificates in e-file format are available.
5.PackagE:LCD display touch screen is packed in carton box with EPE protection.And carton will be packed with wooden case in international shipping.

A: Sample order is welcomed, and short lead time on confirmation of payment. We believed that no customer is too small.
4. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:We do mass product inline inspection and final inspection. Our factory is certified ISO system and We can provide BV office audit report.
5. Q: What is your after-sale service?
A: All product is at least one year warranty.
6. Q: When will you make the delivery?
A: Sample order:3-5working days on confirm receipt of payment .Mass order ,depends on order quantity.
