1. Do you provide on-site installation service?
We provide very detailed installation instruction drawings and videos for every project. Ensure smooth installation for customers
For large projects, we will have both installation workers and supervisors on site. The fee for the on-site service should be negotiated with clients.
2. Could you please design a new and unique prefab house for me?
Absolutely! We are able to provide you with not only a construction scheme but landscape design! One-stop service is our outstanding superiority with no doubt.
3. What's your delivery time?
Normally, delivery time is 15 days after the deposit is received. For large orders, the delivery time should be negotiated.
4. How to control the quality of your product?
First, quality of the design: think about possible problems in advance and provide a high-quality design solution.
Second, quality of the raw material: choose the qualified raw material.
Third. quality of the production: precise manufacturing technique, experienced workers, strict quality inspection.
5. How to deal with quality problems?
The warranty is 2 years. Within the warranty period, Suzhou Zhongnan will responsible for all quality problems caused by our production.
6. How Long does it take to build a light steel prefab house?
It depends on the size of the house. Generally, one 50 square meter house with five workers 1-3days finished installation, saving manpower and time.
7. What designs do you have in different climates (How can the products adapt to different climates)?
Strong wind region: improve the wind-resisting ability of the internal structure.
Cold region: increase the thickness of the wall, or use good insulation material, to improve the anti-pressure ability of the structure.
High corrosion region: use corrosion-resistant material, or paint anticorrosive coating.
