HELI HEFEI CASTING & FORGING FACTORY is founded in1958,one of the core enterprise of HELI Co,(Shanghai Exchange Code:600761) . It is the largest professional foundry in Anhui province, .Now We have many kinds foundry process with Vacuum foundry, lost foam foundry, green sand foundry ,3D printing technology etc. There are nearly 1000 employees in our factory. Now we posses 3D design and manufacture capability based on SOLIDWORKS, Our powerful capability ranges from pattern and tooling making to castings production, machining, painting, packaging and delivering. Since 2008, the new foundry center invested by HELI Co. have been gradually put into operation. There will be total 8 automatic foundry lines, with annual capacity will reach 35,000 tons green sand castings,15,000tons resin sand castings, 20,000 tons vertical foundry castings,10,000 tons lost foam castings and 160,000 tons vacuum foundry castings, the total annual capacity can reach 220,000 tons.
