1.Application Fields of Vibrating Screen:

2.Vibrating Screen,Sand separation Equipment Introduction:
Vibrating screen is a kind of multi-layers and new style vibrating screen. It adopt cylindrical eccentric shaft vibrator and electric block used to adjust the vibrating amplitude. It features long screening body,multi-sizes separated, reliable structure,strong vibrating, high screening efficiency, low noise, easy for maintenance, safty ,adjustable for the vibrating strength.It is widely used mining, building materials , energy and chemical industries.
3.Working Principle of Vibrating Sieve,Vibrating Screening Machine:
Vibrating screen is mainly consists of screen box, vibration exciter, hanging (or supporting) unit, and motor. When the vibrating screen is working, under the effect of vibrator, the screen box and screen cloth will move on a circular, oval, or linear motion, which will make the materials on the surface of screen disperse and move up and down. Thus, the fine particles can fall through the material layer and then are expelled from the sieve hole. And the bigger particles will continue to move forward under the effect of vibration.
