For materials with less than 10% mud content and low viscosity, the water content of finished sand is obviously controlled after washing and dehydration, with high sand washing cleanliness, less loss of fine sand and large processing capacity. At the same time, the hydraulic cyclone separation technology is adopted to completely remove impurities such as mud and clay from mud and sand, and to the maximum extent.

The pulp containing the mixture of sand, water, mud powder and stone powder is sent to the cleaning box, and the sand is separated from other impurities by the sediment separator. The separated fine sand pulp enters the lower dewatering screen for dewatering. The waste water overflowed from the cleaning tank (including a small amount of qualified materials, waste water and impurities not picked up by the sand washing wheel) enters the back-end pumping tank and is pumped into the high-pressure separator by the vacuum high-pressure pump. After centrifugal concentration, the fine sand is discharged into the upper layer of dewatering screen through the sand settling nozzle. Waste water, mud, dust, impurities, etc. in the cleaning box are discharged into the high-level return water tank through the overflow port of the high-pressure separator. Finally, the finished coarse sand is discharged from the upper layer, and the finished fine sand is discharged from the lower layer, or the mixture of coarse sand and fine sand can be adjusted according to requirements.
