Sanding belt joint skiving machine with glue coating system and tape applicator
Abrasive belt skiving machine is designed as a multi-function machine. Can finish sanding belt joint edge skiving, glue coating, taping 3 main functions in one machine.
7 advanced grinding heads; the type and order of the grinding heads can be customized.
All the grinding heads equipped with Italian motor; easier for adjusting and more accurate.
New glue heating system, more efficient.
Imported Italian timing belt.
Advanced tape applicator, the length can be set on the touch screen.
We can provide whole seires machines to make sanding belts:
1.Arasive cloth roll slitter; Jumbo roll slitter, max 1650mm, with or without cutting function. The max width and unwinding and winding roll diameter can be customized. Narrow abrasive cloth slitter, width from 6mm to 500mm, suitable for abrasive belts and flap discs converting.
2. Cut to length machine: wide abrasive cloth roll cut to length machine; automatic cut to length machine for straight joint and wave joint cutting.
3. Skiving machine: sanding belt joint skving machine with advanced grinding heads, glue coating function and tape applicator
4. Joint presser: 15T/25T/40T/100T sanding belt joint pressing machine; roller press mnachine for small abrasive belts and segmented abarsive belts are also available.
5. Blet slitter: 300mm/400mm/650mm narrow sanding belts slitter;1650mm wide belt slitter
6. Abrasive belt tensile strength testing machine.
