The steel turning materials GC4425, GC4415 and GC4405 offer improved wear resistance, heat resistance and toughness. The second generation of Inveio® coating technology further enhances the isotropic crystallization technology for improved wear resistance and more consistent performance.
Chip control and process safety
Pre-directed, high precision nozzles generate multiple parallel jets of high velocity coolant at the correct position on the cutting edge of the insert. It is the precision of these high velocity coolant jets that sets our products apart in terms of chip control and process safety.
Outstanding surface quality
Double-sided inserts with high strength cutting edges provide safe and reliable machining in all applications. Through the use of Wiper and Xcel technology, surface quality or chipbreaking ability is not compromised, even at high feed rates.
