Introduction:
The PP pleated filter cartridge uses pleated polypropylene fiber membrane as filtration media.
The PP Polypropylene cartridge is an advanced fixed intensive filter and available in a wide range of retention rating from 0.1μm to 60μm. The pore size is not affected by the vibration of feeding pressure. Due to its unique low differential pressure, high flow volume, excellent filtration capability attracted many customers.
Nylon Pleated Filter Cartridge
The filtration media of nylon micrpore filter cartridge is constructed of nylon 6 or nylon 66 media and nonwoven support materials. The adaptors are thermally welded without any glue or adhesive to prevent any possibility of pollution. The filters are produced in clean room and 100% integrity tested and flushed with ultrapure water.
Hydrophobic PTFE series pleated filter cartridge is constructed of hydrophobic PTFE membrane which has excellent chemical compatibility and corrosion resistance. This filter cartridge is suitable for the filtration to liquid and gas with strongly aggressive and oxidative.
Hydrophilic PTFE series pleated filter cartridge is contructed of hydrophilic PTFE membrane which has excellent chemical compatibility and corrosion resistance. The membrane is hydrophilic which can filter liquid directly without pre-wetting to save the operation time.
PES Pleated Filter Cartridge
The filtration media of PES micropore filter cartridge is hydrophilic PES (polyethersulfone) membrane. High porosity (about >=80%) and geometrically unique pores of the PES filter cartridge contribute to high outputs for difficult-to-filter solutions. It is contructed of 2 materials PES and PP to meet high standard of chemical and pharmaceutical industry. All filter cartridges are manufactured and assembled in a clean room environment. 100% of the cartridges are integrity tested and flushed with EDI pure water. It is suitable for filtering weak acid/alkali based liquid and ultra pure water.
Glass Fiber Pleated Filter Cartridge
The absolute fiber glass pleated membrane cartridge has high efficiency of solid removal. The pleated filter cartridges provides long lifetime service because of its large filter area and depth filtration. Fiber glass filters are suitable to work in high temperature oily water, acid, solvents and diesel fuels. So it's widely used in oil and mine exploitation, chemical and process water treatment.
Applications:
1. Electronic industry: RO reverse osmosis water system prefiltration, deionized water system prefiltration.
2. Food industry: filtration of beverage, beer and mineral water.
3. Chemical industry: filtration of organic solvent and ink.
