Product use
This equipment is mainly used to stir slip in the ceramic industry, so that the solid particles stored in the slip pool will not precipitate. After the rotating mixing process of the stirring blade, the slip is kept uniformly suspended to achieve the purpose of aging or mixing.

- The agitating pool is equipped with a stirring device, and the slip stored in the pool continuously rotates and rolls through the rotation of the stirring blade inside the pool, so that the slip is always in a suspended state in the pool to ensure the uniformity of the slip;
- The motor is decelerated by the reducer to transmit the power to the double-layer stirring blade via the coupling and the stirring shaft, so that the stirring blade stirs the slip at a speed of 10.5-14 revolutions per minute. The whole body is installed on the slip pool and fixed by bolts. In order to prevent the rotation of the stirring system, the bottom shaft end of the stirring shaft adopts a radial support to ensure its working stability.
- The stirring blade is installed on the stirring shaft with bolts.
- The rotating support part adopts two sets of deep groove ball bearings and one set of thrust ball bearings to ensure the stability and reliability of the entire agitating system.
