SANKEN GLASS CNC Online Quenching Edging Drilling Machine consists of X/Y/Z axes SERVO and CNC controlled system, and it is a perfect driller for connecting with glass double edging production line and glass washing machine to build a fully-automatic edging and washing processing line, when the glass finish edging and comes out from the double edging line, it can drill the holes and clean the glass automatically. This CNC drilling machine can also share the signal to the glass loader and unloader, so that all the steps of processing from the glass loading, edging, drilling, washing to glass unloading can be achieved on-line automatically. The advantage for on-line processing: With high production efficiency, more safety operation to greatly avoids the casualties, greatly save the cost of production as it can reduce more than 10 workers labour cost per line.
