Saranex/EPE/saranex liners
Liners are made from closed cell EPE foam coated with saranex film on both side.EPE foam is produce in process of extrusion,liner with saranex have better barrier properities than EPE liners.
Application:for sealing closure uses for closing bottles with carbonated and non-carbonated non-alcoholic beverage,including mineral waters and juice and alcoholic beverages of an alcoholic strenth up to 95%,including wines.
We produce liner with density in the range 250-500kg/m³,and thickness from 1.0-3.0mm
Density and thickness with tolerance ±10%
Max pressure of Saranex liner is 2-3bar
Hardness for density 300kg/m³ is 75°Sh
Permeability of Saranex/EPE/Saranex layer:
Oxygen permeability:1.6±0.07{cmm³/m²·0.1Mpa}
Water vapor permeability:0.558±0.010{g/m²·24h·0.1Mpa}
Storage amd handling:liner should be stored at temperature in the range15ºC-35ºC
Period of usefulness is 2year after production date
Do not stack pallets one on another-it may cause in deformation of boxes and liner inside of them.
