Transformer Description
Dry-type transformer has many types you can to choose. They have epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer, non-encapsulated dry type transformer, amorphous alloy dry type transformer, three-dimensional wound core dry-type transformer.
Dry-type transformer is a high-performance electrical equipment. It adopts advanced insulation technology, does not require oil immersion, and is safe and environmentally friendly. It is fireproof and explosion-proof, and its operation is stable and reliable.
Transformer Adavantage
1. Low loss, low partial discharge, low noise, strong heat dissipation, and can be operated at 120% rated load under forced air cooling.

Basic Structure
1. Iron core: stacked by silicon steel sheet, is the magnetic circuit part of the transformer, used to guide the magnetic flux.
2. Winding: divided into high-voltage winding and low-voltage winding, respectively wound on the iron core, used to realize the conversion and transmission of electric energy.
3. Insulating cylinder: placed between high and low voltage coils, used to increase electrical insulation and ensure the safe operation of the transformer.
4. pads: used to support and restrain the coils to maintain their stability and shape.
5. Fasteners: used to connect and fix each part of the transformer, with anti-loosening performance.

High and low voltage winding is made of copper strip (foil), epoxy resin is poured and solidified in vacuum to form high strength FRP body. Insulation grade is F and H.
