Application

The balancing machine is designed for measuring and correction the unbalance of various kind of armatures. Be able to connect armature production lines to attain a high production rate.

Unbalance correction by slot milling, polar profile milling or drilling.

Correction Procedure

Polar Profile Milling

The unbalance is corrected in the measured angular position regardless to the slot division.

Slot Milling in Components

In accordance to the number of pole heads the measured unbalance is split into components and corrected by slot milling into the pole heads of the rotor stack.

Drilling

Correct the unbalance by drilling into the lamination or pole claws
