This type wear plate and cutting ring working surface is welded by double tungsten carbide ring, the tunngsten carbide thickness is more than 7mm, width is 30mm. There is 6.5mm tungsten carbide sleeve at the inner circle as to improve service time. Whole tungsten cabide type wear plate and cutting ring HRA is 86, the intensity is more than 2500N/mm2. Waer plate lifespan is more than 60,000cbm, cutting ring lifespan is more than 40,000cbm.
2. "L" SHAPE TUNGSTEN CARBIDE TYPE
This type wear plate and cutting ring working surface is welded by "L" shape tungsten carbide, so called "7" shape tungsten carbide, the tungsten carbide thickness is 7mm, width is 23mm to 25mm. The inner circle is welded by V-150 welding rod. "L" shape tungsten carbide type wear plate and cutting ring HRA is 86, HRC is 62, the intensity is more than 2500N/mm2. Wear plate lifespan is more than 50,000cbm, cutting ring lifespan is more than 30,000cbm.
3. DOUBLE TUNSTEN CARBIDE RING TYPE
This type wear plate and cutting ring working surface is welded by double tungsten carbide, the tungsten carbide thickness is 7mm, width is 30mm, The inner circle is welded by V-150 welding rod. Double tungsten carbide ring type wear plate and cutting ring HRA is 86, HRC is 62, the intensity is more than 2500N/mm2. Wear plate lifespan is more than 40,000cbm, cutting ring lifespan is more than 30,000cbm.
4. DOUBLE TUNGSTEN CARBIDE TYPE
This type wear plate and cutting ring working surface is welded by 6mm thick tungsten carbide at the inner side, with 8mm thick, 5mm width tungsten carbide slices at the outer side.The width is 20mm. The inner circle is welded by V-150 welding rod. Wear plate lifespan is more than 35,000cbm, cutting ring lifespan is more than 18,000cbm.
