1. Description:
PN-SQT50 Score bending quality tester is mainly to evaluate score quality of single wall and double wall. It may be used for triple wall, but with less reliability.
SQT-Score quality test. A sample is placed on a U-channel support and pressed by a pressure bar,exactly above a score, until it breaks. The ratio between the scored and un-scored value gives the score ratio.

It is intended for wall and double wall board. It may be used for triple wall, but with less reliability.

4.1 Vertical structure.U-channel is fixed and pressure bar can move.Test specimen is placed on the top of U-channel.
4.2 Has over range alarm function.
4.3 Display force vale and deformation curve in real time. Test results display breaking force, score ratio and statistics(mean value ,max value,min value and coefficient of variation).
4.4 Can connect to PC.All data can be sent to the computer for storage and to generate statistics. All statistics and measurement data can be printed out on a buited-in printer.
