Working Principle Of. scrap metal shredder
The whole production line of scrap crusher consists of feeding conveyor, main engine, vibration feeder, discharging conveyor,magnetic separator, iron conveyor, impurity conveyor, dust collector and PLC control cabinet.
The crushed materials from scrap hammer shredder are separated from non-ferrous and non-ferrous metals by vibration feeder, belt conveyor and magnetic separation system, and sent out to stack by their respective conveyors. Non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials in the conveyor will be searched by magnetic separation equipment again, and free iron metals will be sorted out, so as to improve the recovery rate of iron metals. At the same time, non-ferrous metals can be sorted by eddy current separator, which can improve the recovery efficiency. The whole broken line is controlled by PLC, which can realize computer control and manual operation
