The screw protection shields can be used to protect the lead screw, light screw, column, mandrel and other circular rotating cylinders. They can prevent the screw guides from dust contamination and can move along with the machine tools' components such as stretching or contraction. It can move in every direction, vertically or horizontally. It is recommended to use a plastic or aluminum support ring when using horizontally to maintain a certain uniform distance between the inner cavity of the guard and the screw to extend the service life. When the stretch length is large, a metal ring can be added to each fold to improve the stability of the shield. The connecting or fixing ends are usually made of metal flanges, or the sleeve type can be selected.
