Security Ink /Invisible Ink /UV Visible Ink

Introduction

Color change are: colorless - colored, colored - the original color of shiny, colored - another color.

Notes

:

1, please use the new ink roller and new plate, or the old ink roller and the plate thoroughly cleaned, (offset roller cleaning available reducing agent), especially when printing colorless fluorescent ink, a very small amount of colored ink fluorescent ink may be colored to colorless, invisible influence results.

2, the ink printed on different materials, the effect is slightly different:

A, non-fluorescent paper: the paper a little yellow, no color under fluorescent lighting, paper-making process without any whitening chemicals, are environmentally friendly paper. Europe, the United States and China's yuan, invoices, certificates issued by state agencies are using this paper.

B, non-whitening chemicals, plastic materials, such as cards, bags.

C, ordinary fluorescent paper, white appearance. This paper in the papermaking process for whitening effect in adding a chemical pulp, in the long-wave ultraviolet fluorescent blue display. After printing the fluorescence effect is not very satisfactory, is now widely used in Asia this paper. D, the surface coated with a chemical paper, the chemicals may react chemically with fluorescent ink, fluorescent effect leading to fade. Such as: thermal paper, chemical changes in paper.

F, colorless fluorescent black

3, colorless, colorless, fluorescent ink is not absolute or absolutely no imprinting. 4. UV fluorescent ink is security ink. It's divided into long wave 365nm and short wave 254nm. It's mainly used for printing bank note, taxation invoice, currency etc

Color selection is below:

Long wave: Invisible- yellow, green, red, orange, blue ,red-red, red-orange, black-green

Short wave: Invisible-red, orange, yellow, green

It's suitable for offset ,UV offset, or screen,UV screen  printing or gravure printing
