Bitumen, also known as asphalt, is a sticky, black and highly viscous liquid orsemi-solid form of petroleum.Thanks to its waterproofing qualities, it is widely used in construction. Bituminous membranes are perfect for waterproofng roofs, basements, below-ground structures, bridges and other structures.
There are mainly 2 different application methods of bitumen membranes.
One is Torch down.
Another is Self adhesive.
The reason why Self adhesive bitumen membrane are becoming more popular recent years is mainly because of its easy application and good waterproofng performance.

-Self adhesive bitumen membrane is more and more popular because of its easy applicationo need torch fre, only peel off the releasing film, then, stick the membrane on the building substrates. It is widely applied on roof, especially metal steel roof (including corrugated steel roof, can fit the unflat roof flexible )
