PDLC Smart Glass Film
Tsing Glass self adhesive Smart Film applies to any existing or new smooth glass surface. A simple ON - OFF mode switches the PDLC film from being clear (transparent) to frosted (opaque). In its frosted state the film acts as an electronic blind providing privacy and security for any glass, window or partition. Pasting this dimming film on the window glass can actually hide privacy, heat insulation and other functions, and truly replace traditional curtains.
This PDLC film is what allows you to change the visual appearance of the glass from opaque (translucent) to clear (transparent).
The so-called PDLC refers to mixing low-molecular liquid crystals with prepolymers and polymerizing under certain conditions to form micron-sized liquid crystal droplets uniformly dispersed in a polymer network, and then using the dielectric anisotropy of the liquid crystal molecules Obtain a material with electro-optic response characteristics.
