Description:
ZX series self-priming pump is an energy- saving pump product developed by our company according to the revelant technical data at home and abroad after absorption , digestion and improvement. The pump is a self- priming centrifugal pump, which has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, stable operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long life, and strong self-priming function. There is no need to install the bottom valve in the pipeline, and only need to ensure that there is a quantitative primer in the system before work.Therefore, the pipeline system is simplified, and the working conditions are improved.


Canditions of use:
1.The ambient temperature <50ºC, the medium temperature <80ºC special requirements up to 200ºC.
2.Medium PH value of cast iron material is 6~9, stainless steel is 2~13.
3.Medium weight does not exceed 1240 kg /m3
4.The self-priming height shall not exceed the prescribed value of 4.5~5.5m, and the suction tube length shall be <10m.
5.The diameter of the suspended particle is 60% of the pump diameter, and the fiber length is 5 times of the pump diameter.

Application:
ZX horizontal self-priming centrifugal pump is applicable to urban environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical industry, pharmacy, dye printing, brewing, electricity, electroplating, paper making, petroleum, mining, equipment cooling, tanker oil unloading, etc. It is applicable to clean water, sea water, chemical medium liquid with acid and alkalinity, and slurry with general paste.
