The concrete channel lining machine consists of four parts: a feeding machine, a spreading machine, a leveling machine, and a surface receiving frame. The feeding machine is placed on the slope of the channel, and the frame is connected to the spreading machine frame. There are walking wheels at the bottom of the frame to control the walking. The spreading machine, leveling machine, and finishing rack are placed parallel at the bottom of the channel and kept at a certain distance in the middle.

1. The dedicated excavator bucket is designed according to the customer's requirements and the model of the supporting excavator.
2. There are two types of traction machines: electric traction machines and diesel traction machines. Due to the special circumstances of the construction site, electric traction machines are more suitable for construction requirements.
3. The pouring machine is the main component of this equipment. The pouring machine is composed of four parts: a mold head, a feeding hopper, a vibrating mold, and a tail mold. A steel wire rope is tied to the traction mold, and a vibrator is installed inside the vibration mold. The feeding hopper is used for concrete entering the mold for forming, and edge forming plates are installed on both sides of the tail mold.
